Developed by EDGE Digital Manufacturing, Digital Catapult, and AI Idea Factory, the Digital Supply Chain Readiness diagnostic tool enables manufacturers to measure their maturity in using digital technologies to achieve their supply chain objectives. It is based on the principles and characteristics of digital readiness outlined in British Standards PAS 1040: Adopting digital technologies in manufacturing.
The diagnostic takes about 30 minutes to complete and helps manufacturers to identify their specific digital supply chain strength and development areas. Users can download a tailored report which provides tailored insights and recommendations. These can be used to develop a digital supply chain roadmap.
For a limited time, if you are a UK-based manufacturing company of any size you can access the diagnostic tool for free using this link. Discover your Digital Supply Chain Readiness score and download your personal insight report. The report provides tailored recommendations helping you to understand and improve your digital supply chain readiness.
Further support is also available through our Future of Supply Chain flagship programme.
The tool provides an overview of the key characteristics required to improve your digital supply chain readiness. Each one is introduced in simple language and with short videos.
There are 50 self-assessment questions to answer, each on a scale of 0-5 and taking no more than about 30 minute to complete, either in one sitting or in bite sized chunks.
By completing all the questions, you can access insights and recommendations tailored for your unique situation.
You can use the recommendations as building blocks to develop a prioritised short-,medium-, and long-term action plan to digitalise your supply chain.
